Annual gIVING
Annual Giving Campaign: Bright Minds, Strong Roots
Join us for Annual Giving Week at Sandpoint Waldorf School! From November 18th-22nd, we invite our community of parents, alumni, friends, and neighbors to come together to support the programs that make our school a truly special place for children to learn and grow.
Each year, through the generosity of parents, teachers, trustees, staff, friends, grandparents, and community members, our Annual Giving Campaign makes a lasting impact on our students. As an essential part of SWS’s financial health, Annual Giving bridges the gap between tuition income and the actual cost of educating each student. While tuition increases annually, to keep pace with inflation, we work to keep these increases minimal by supplementing with successful fundraising events, like Annual Giving and our Spring Auction.
This year’s theme, Bright Minds, Strong Roots, celebrates our commitment to nurturing our students and ensuring a solid foundation for their education. Your contributions directly support our Waldorf-trained teachers, support teachers, and specialty programs such as arts, music, movement, and outdoor education. These essential programs enrich our children’s experience but also add to our operating costs, making every donation meaningful and crucial.
Our goal is 100% participation from our community to demonstrate our unified support for the school’s financial strength. While we understand that every family has different gift capacities, we ask that each family make a contribution that is personally significant to them. Every gift—regardless of size—plays a vital role in maintaining the quality of our programs and in ensuring our school’s continued success.
Many donations may be tax-deductible and matched by employers, further enhancing the impact of your generosity. By coming together during Annual Giving Week, we can continue to provide the rich, holistic education that Waldorf is known for.
Thank you for supporting Sandpoint Waldorf School and making this year’s campaign a success!
